A Little About Ayan’s Role:

Ayan joined the Truancy team at Youable in November, 2023. She has worked in the human services field for three years with a variety of populations in a number of roles including having worked alongside mental health specialists using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support clients. She’s excited to work with school districts to support families and students in reaching their academic goals by acknowledging the importance of mental and emotional health in success and fulfillment both academically and for their long-term wellness.

Outside of work Ayan enjoys traveling and being active. In the warmer, summer months she enjoys horseback riding and canoeing.
